History

Early Life

Born to a poor ranching family in West Elizabeth, Elijah was forced to contribute to the homestead at a very young age, learning how to maintain, aim, and fire a weapon at the young age of six. In his earliest years in memory, he spent much of his childhood with his father, either hunting for game in Tall Trees or helping with the daily work at the ranch. In his spare time, he taught himself how to read by reading papers delivered from blackwater and any books he could get his hands on from other children in the area. At the age of 12, Elijah's mother passed away after contracting tuberculosis. The passing of his mother took its toll on the already struggling homestead, as his father turned to the bottle - forcing a teenage Elijah to take up the main responsibilities of maintaining the ranch. At 17, Elijah had returned home from a hunting expedition with another ranching family to find his fathers corpse in the barn, hanging from a noose from a top rafter. The young man said cut him down, buried his father, before saying his goodbyes and abandoning the ranch.

Later Years

Elijah finds himself roaming the wilds, looking for new game to hunt and return to any nearby town to make a profit.

Elijah is very collected and calm individual, much rather keeping to his own business rather than dealing with those he has little business with. More recently, he's been taking stock in working on his communication skills.
