Benjamin Franklin Keegan is a Senior Doctor within the State of Monroe Medical Office. He resides primarily in New Hanover.
History
Early Life
Frank Keegan was born in a small agricultural community within the Kansas Territory. His upbringing was a challenging one in that his father was an abuser in many facets and his mother had succumbed to influenza when Keegan was young.
He eventually left his abusive household and set out west. Keegan took on the coal miner profession for several years to come.
Later Years
Keegan eventually sought higher education and developed a strong will to help those in need. He made a long journey to the State of Monroe and became a pupil of medicine. He continues to practice various specialties to this day.

His personality shell is of a very gruff old man. He speaks bluntly and doesn't hide his crass nature. He is known, however, to be quite compassionate in contrast to his crude outer personality.
